In a few weeks, veteran actor Kamal Haasan will have finished filming his big project Indian 2. After numerous delays, the film, which is being directed by seasoned filmmaker S Shankar, is now in its last phases of production. 3. Ponniyin Selvan 2 by Mani Ratnam 

On April 28 of this year, Mani Ratnam's much anticipated sequel to his monumental 2022 film is scheduled to be released. The second chapter of Ponniyin Selvan is anticipated to recapture the magic of the first, which became the highest-grossing Tamil film of all time. The key stars from the first instalment, including Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karthi, Trisha Krishnan, Jayam Ravi, and others, will return in PS 2, along with a number of fresh faces in significant parts.

4. Jailor

According to reports, the eagerly anticipated dark comedy thriller, which will represent Rajinikanth's first working relationship with filmmaker Nelson Dilipkumar, is scheduled to open in theatres in August of this year. The illustrious personality plays Muthuvel Pandian, an elderly jail guard, in the film Jailer. Mohanlal, a superstar in Malayalam, would appear in the movie on a particular occasion. Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan, and others play supporting parts in the film, which also stars Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar as the main antagonist. Sivakarthikeyan is reportedly appearing in a significant cameo.
