Fans who have decoded the "Bloody Sweet" trailer for "Leo," in which a number of pricey automobiles are seen rushing across a bridge in Kashmir. The fact that one of the cars has a Telangana registration has led to rumours that "RRR" actor Ram Charan is the hero who will be collaborating with Vijay on film. During the "Vikram" movie's promotional run, Lokesh had already stated that he and Ram Charan would collaborate on a Telugu/Tamil bilingual film in the future, and their friendship may lead to a cameo in "Leo."

The authenticity of this, however, has not been confirmed. On the other side, it has been rumoured that leading actors from Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi will be included in the cast of "Thalapathy 67" since the time it was first announced.

'Leo' already has Sanjay Dutt from Bollywood on board, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, Rakshit Shetty, Nivin Pauly, and other celebrities are said to have held negotiations. Who would eventually appear in "Leo," a top superstar from one of the several South Indian industries, is left to the audience's imagination.
