The bulk of the dates have been set aside for Thalapathy Vijay's next Lokesh Kangaraj-directed film "Leo." With the ensemble cast, which also features Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and others, he is currently in Kashmir for a month-long shooting schedule.

A few weeks ago, there were rumours that Thalapathy Vijay might participate in the Atlee-directed film "Jawan," starring Shah Rukh Khan. There was a chance that he would agree because the mass hero is close to both the film's hero and director. He was unable to act in the movie though because of his busy schedule.

According to recent reports, the "Jawan" production has approached Allu Arjun for the role that Thalapathy Vijay was originally slated for. Despite the limited screen time, some claim that the role is powerful. The official announcement is anticipated as soon as the sale closes, but the "Pushpa" actor appears to not have granted his approval just yet. The project already has an impressive cast, which also includes Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, and SRK.
